Track down my uncles 70's Imp

I'm trying to track down my uncles 70's Imp

Wondering if my uncles old Hillman Imp is still in existence. He drove it, back in the 70s around Manchester and lived in the Wythenshawe & Ardwick areas. The registration was either NNC 444H (or NNS 444H).

I've checked MOT history but nothing came up. Have also posted on an Imp enthusiast site.So as a last resort am on facebook, I'm now wondering if it is registered with someone, but is off the road or something. If that's the case, is there any way to find out?
