FIXED - Bug # 002 to be fixed page format/rendering slow
Bug # 002 - Page rendering incomplete - thanks for report Jim / Pat
Description - Login box blank, have to visit alternate page first then come back under IoS.
Solution - 05-JAN styles rebuilt (fixed it last time CSS moved into database from files and diyble check on CHMOD of /tmp directories..
DURATION - Under investigation some more and will be reported as neded to developers
STATUS - Part Resolved as of 14-JAN-2020, only occasional issue and with time rendering it appears, hard to track wbut still on list
STATUS - Fixed or seems to be 09-FEB-2020 by change of host, image rendering on thumbnails now much faster
