Does any one no what can cause a wheel to seem like it is off center in arch and the Tyre rubs on it
Front or back ? Either way a defective bush or wishbone would be the first place to look. If its rear, maybe the rear crossmember under the seat is parting company with the body ! Needs urgent investigation.
