Radiators: Is this "rule of thumb" ok for identifying HE rads compared to non HE rads? I have a 3-row radiator (rows in a row, not staggered) with the zigzag fins between the rows, compared to what's on the car now which has straight fins (see image).... I guess the zig zag style is newer and more efficient???
