Question, is there anywere mentioned how the position is of fuel pipe,brake line,throttle cable and choke cable under the car inside small tunnel where shift pipe is in???due to previous owner suspect that they are routed wrong, as choke cable goes underneath gearbox ?? Imp tip for those that aren't aware. Classic Rover/austin mini heater from around mid 80s to 1994 fits perfectly in the plenum chamber. I would say that it doesn't even need a bracket (though I will put something in to stop rattles). Tee off from the heater pipes, add another heater valve if you want, Adds a bit of extra cooling capacity for when you need it. These can be picked up for £15-£25 new.
