Might come up with something at some point , the new set up is great , very easy to adjust and the alt wont drop or move even if the main bolt comes loose , might have a deeper but standard size pulley at work i could " try "

Put some edging on the boot carpet today , I did it by hand and pricked my finger ( not fingered my prick ) rather a lot , anyway its come up OK really

Bit fat , if id had a smaller one id of tried it , this worked out OK , Not for me fingers though

A couple hours , fingers have kind of recovered now

Repaired the rear roof panel , headining was coming off and the hardboard was warped quite bad .
I have some hardboard but went with a mega thin sheet of fiberglass which I covered in some 2mm closed cell foam to get the correct thickness .
Reused the original clips and headlining part.
Came out all right - no more warping one hopes

Getting it out is one thing - getting it back back in was even more of an arseache

Its very thin felt like stuff i cut from the back of a Ford Focus bottom boot carpet
